This summer has brought the rain.  Our wedding day forecasts have been strewn with wetness, over and over again.   Katie and Josh had a beautiful day planned.  All outside.  The rain forecast was fierce.  They decided to take the risk and go with their plans.  Her instructions to her guests… “if it starts raining, dance!”

It REALLY looked like that storm was going to miss us.  The ceremony started, and all was quiet.  Then, a few moments in, the down pour came.  This beautiful couple followed through.  They laughed.  Hard.  Enjoying every moment. They were wed in the rain.  It was PERFECT.

So thankful that the sun came out and we were able to take some stunning, after the storm, photographs.  Kewaunee is just beyond beautiful.  Such a gem.   Add in the quintessential Wisconsin barn and a cool summer afternoon. Yep, the best kind of wedding.
